Around 100,000 homes in France were left without power after violent storms the west country’s Brittany region on Friday. French Meteorological Agency said in a statement today that the storm is expected to continue all the night long and the wind speed to reach 120 klm/hour.These winds caused high waves on the Atlantic coast, and at the entrance to the English Channel, and led to a rise in the sea level.
