The Omani Students Association in North Carolina held a cultural evening yesterday. The evening aimed at familiarising students from the US and other countries with the Omani culture, traditions and heritage as well as providing insight into Oman’s history and tourism. During the event the students showcased various aspects of the cultural components including traditional Omani dresses and food, and the ceremonies conducted during weddings and on other occasions.
