The Emirates Writers Union in Abu Dhabi organized a literary evening as a tribute to the Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish yesterday. The literary evening was at the union's location at the National Theater in Abu Dhabi, and many writers, journalists, and intellectuals attended the evening. Poet Ibrahim Mohamed Ibrahim, Palestinian poet Anwar Al-Khatib, and Jordanian novelist Zeyad Mohafza took parts at the evening and recited some of Darwish's poems
