You're getting lots of conflicting information. It's hard to know what to think about someone who says one thing and then does another. Keeping this deceptive individual at arm's length would be wise. You don't want to be a victim of their tall tales. While this liar is undeniably charming, they'll do everything in their power to get their way. If that means cheating somebody else, so be it. Don't think you will be an exception to their self-interested rule.
