Take extra precautions when dealing with the public. If your temper starts to rise when dealing with a customer or service worker, take deep breaths. Leave the scene if you can. Say a silent prayer. Do whatever it takes to control your anger. The last thing you want is to have a tense interaction recorded and posted on social media. You're a busy person who sometimes places too much importance on dispatching jobs quickly. Instead of fighting to meet a deadline, take things in your stride.
