You're courageous and honest. When you're dissatisfied with a situation, be quick to speak up. People will sit up and take notice. You're not the type to complain. When you do voice objections, it's because something is seriously wrong. Other people in the organisation will thank you for being vocal about this problem. They've said things in the past, but their comments were ignored. Now you're causing a commotion, there will be no other choice but to fix the problem.
