People look to you for leadership, whether you want to be the head of the pack or not. Unlike other people in your position, you can face inconvenient truths. Instead of pretending like everything is fine, you'll face problems. This will involve overhauling troubled departments and reforming outmoded regulations. Some people will be put out by your authoritarian behaviour, but most will be relieved by your 'take no prisoners' approach. If you discover some illegal activity or illicit undertakings among certain workers, dismiss them immediately.
