Your gloom will start to lift when you give your brain positive input. If you're unconfident at work, it's because you lack essential knowledge. Taking a catch-up course will fill the gaps of your knowledge, as well as build your self-esteem. Never be afraid to admit your ignorance and ask for instruction.
