You'll have to take control of a large group. It will be difficult reconciling the differences of this diverse crew. Ask questions, listen carefully and be deliberative. Understand you will not be able to satisfy everyone. You'll have to make difficult choices that will put some members out in the cold. This will make you feel guilty, but can't be helped. Refusing to take a stand will cause the entire institution to implode. Talking to a spiritual counsellor can be comforting.
