Indulging in sugar, fat and alcohol is compromising your health. There's nothing wrong with an occasional treat, but your diet should be mainly comprised of healthy food and fresh water. If you're hanging out with friends who have bad habits, limit your time with them. Staying out of the path of temptation is critical. Do you want to become more fit?
