Swedish cook, Nina Olson presented at Sharjah Children's Reading Festival a series of live cooking, as she made healthy and delicious dishes with new flavors.
She used vegetable materials with low calories, which provide the body with energy. Her recipes included a group of deserts and juices like, Creamy avocado, rigatone nut, green beauty spirulina, avocado juice with spinach, and watermelon pot.
One of the dishes that were easy and received great reactions, Rijatoni pasta with avocado and walnuts, as she boils pasta as instructions, cut the avocado, put them in the mixer with garlic, olive oil and lemon juice, then she adds salt and black pepper as desired. All of that is poured on the pasta, and decorated with walnuts, parsley, spinach, and nuts.
Nina confirmed that, this dish is a healthy one, which mothers can make easily and it can be eaten at any time of the day.
She mentioned the health benefits of avocado, which is recommended for people with cholesterol, as it helps to regulate blood glucose levels, limits strokes, and has ant-ageing elements.
