Ned Tony Emeni’s tale “The Last Dictator” (published by Trafford Publishing) is a social commentary in the form of a novel covering more than three decades of Nigerian governance, insecurity, corruption and misrule. “The Last Dictator” explicitly exhibits a long-lasting, tyrannical government, which Emeni compares to the present-day government which is, he says, supposed to be a purely democratic government, but still exhibits traces of a dictatorship.
