U.S. Vice President Joe Biden has been booked as a guest on "The View" in New York next week, ABC announced Tuesday. Biden is to make his fourth appearance on the program Feb. 25. He is expected to discuss the Affordable Care Act and the importance of signing up for health insurance through the government-sponsored online marketplace before the March 31 deadline. "Vice President Biden always proves to be an engaging, informative and candid guest," the show's host and executive producer Barbara Walters said in a statement. "I am delighted and honored to welcome him back to the program." Whoopi Goldberg, Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy are the show's other co-hosts.
