Austrian authorities said Thursday that police have arrested a Ukrainian businessman, reported to be top oligarch Dmytro Firtash, following a lengthy FBI investigation and a US arrest warrant. "On the evening of March 12 a Ukrainian citizen ... was arrested in Vienna ... by officers from the organised crime unit," police said in a statement. The Austria Press Agency named him as Firtash.
