A suicide car bomb attack on a security checkpoint in Baghdad killed at least 15 people Tuesday, the third deadly bombing to hit the Shiite neighbourhood in four days, medical sources said.
Several policemen were among the dead and the blast also left at least 23 people wounded, a health ministry official and a hospital source said.
