The EU's three envoys to Ukraine, the foreign ministers of France, Germany and Poland, stayed on in Kiev on Thursday as their counterparts gathered for crisis talks on Ukraine in Brussels. Diplomats told AFP that the three ministers, whose report on events in Kiev were keenly awaited by their 24 colleagues, would communicate by phone or video link.
