The president of France, which will host global climate talks next year, told Canadian lawmakers Monday that he is counting their oil-exporting country to help in the fight against warming.
"We hope that Canada... will be fully committed in this fight against global warming," President Francois Hollande said, in a speech to Canada's parliament.
