French President Francois Hollande told Canada's parliament Monday there is "no giving up" in the fight against terrorism, nearly two weeks after a lone gunman stormed these halls.
Hollande noted that French and Canadian warplanes were together launching airstrikes against the militant Islamic State group in Irak, adding that there is no room for "concession" or "weakness."
