One Israeli was killed and two others seriously wounded by a mortar round fired by militants in Gaza on Tuesday, a security source told AFP.
The deadly fire came as Palestinian officials said a deal had been reached with Israel on a long-term ceasefire for Gaza, which was to begin at 1600 GMT.
Israel has not yet confirmed the agreement.
