Israeli soldiers shot dead a Palestinian on a road near the West Bank administrative centre of Ramallah on Monday, Israeli security sources said. The Palestinian was part of a group throwing stones at Israeli troops, who opened fire near the Ofra settlement, fatally wounding him, the sources said.
