Kremlin: Putin asks lawmakers to cancel authorisation to send army into Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday asked the upper chamber of parliament to cancel a resolution allowing him to send troops into Ukraine, a Kremlin spokesman said.
