Lithuanian incumbent President Dalia Grybauskaite, known as the "Iron Lady", claimed an unprecedented second term Sunday in a runoff held amid widespread apprehension over a resurgent Russia. "No president has been elected twice in a row in Lithuania. It will be a historic victory for all of you," she said as official results showed her capturing 58 percent support against 42 percent for leftist rival Zigmantas Balcytis with nearly three-quarters of the vote counted.
