The leader of rebels holding seven European OSCE officials in eastern Ukraine said on Tuesday that there had been "good progress" in talks to secure their release. "There has been good progress and a good productive dialogue," the self-styled mayor of Slavyansk, Vyacheslav Ponomaryov told reporters.
