Sierra Leone President Ernest Bai Koroma assailed the global community's slow response to the Ebola epidemic Thursday as slower than the transmission of the disease through West Africa.
"This slower-than-the-virus response needs to change," he told the heads of the United Nations, World Bank and International Monetary Fund in Washington.
