Prime Minister Robert Fico and millionaire Andrej Kiska led round one of Slovakia's presidential election Saturday, paving the way for a March 29 runoff, partial results showed. Fico mustered 28.2 percent of the vote compared to Kiska's 24 percent with 70 percent of the vote counted, the SME newspaper reported, based on official figures from the election commission.
