Ukraine's military said Tuesday that street battles with the pro-Russian rebels have moved into central Lugansk, a major insurgent-controlled hub in the east of the country.
"One district of Lugansk has been liberated and there are street battles in the city centre," security spokesman Andriy Lysenko told a briefing.
