Ukraine rebel leader: No disarmament until Kiev pulls back troops

A senior Ukrainian separatist leader on Friday rejected the terms of President Petro Poroshenko's peace plan, saying the pro-Russian rebels would not disarm until Kiev pulled back its forces.
