President Petro Poroshenko held talks with US President Barack Obama and other Western leaders on Thursday on the conflict with pro-Russia rebels in Ukraine ahead of the start of a NATO summit.
Poroshenko met Obama, Britain's David Cameron, France's Francois Hollande, Germany's Angela Merkel and Italy's Matteo Renzi after Russia on Wednesday put forward a peace plan for Ukraine, claiming it would produce a ceasefire by Friday.
