US Attorney General Eric Holder hailed Saturday's arrest of the world's most wanted drug lord, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, as a "landmark achievement" for Mexico. The arrest is also "a victory for the citizens of both Mexico and the United States," Holder added in a statement. The United States had offered a $5 million reward for information leading to the drug lord's arrest.
