The US ambassador to the United Nations told the Security Council on Thursday that Russia "must stop lying," accusing Moscow of fomenting growing instability in eastern Ukraine.
"Russia has to stop lying and has to stop fueling this conflict," Samantha Power told an emergency session of the 15-member council.
