The Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) said on Thursday that the 148th meeting of its executive office will be held in Cairo on Friday.
In a statement, the organization said it will discuss the draft budget of the general-secretariat, the 2018 judicial authority and the convocation of the 17th meeting of experts on Monday to tackle the capabilities of natural gas investment in the Arab world.
The OAPEC will hold the 24th coordinating meeting of environment and climate change experts on October 10 and 11 to discuss some issues which need coordination among the member states regarding environment and climate change, the statement added.
The OAPEC will also hold the 46th meeting of the Arab companies affiliated with the organization in Cairo to tackle ways of enhancing cooperation among these companies in light of challenges facing the Arab and international petroleum industry, the statement noted.
