Four ferryboats from Port Said arsenal are ready to partake in the official inauguration of the new Suez Canal, said a senior official on Sunday.

They will transport participants in the ceremony, said el-Sayyed Abul Fotouh, the deputy head of the Port Said shipyard said.

The inauguration ceremony is scheduled on August 6.
