Alexandria Governor Hany el Messiry said Thursday there was a project to develop Mina el Basal district, western Alexandria.

During a tour with Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi, Messiry said French aid agency donated Euros 300 million to upgrade the district and turn it into a tourist site.
