The cabinet under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail gave on Wednesday the National Air Navigation Services Company (NANSC) the green light to sign contracts to purchase advanced radar, communications and computer systems.

This step aims at upgrading the company's air navigation systems.

The development process includes establishing a high-level coordination center to manage Egypt's airspace and improve its performance.
