Damietta Port received on Tuesday 14 vessels, including six container vessels and eight ships loaded with general goods, spokesperson for Damietta Port Authority Mamdouh el Sheity said.

Also, four container ships and six cargo ships left the port, he added.

There are 12 ships outside the port waiting to finalize their entry documents, the spokesman said.
