Minister of Finance Hani Qadri agreed to allocate EGP 4.3 billion to the ministries of health, petroleum, electricity, irrigation, supply, investment and education to improve their services.

The head of the public budget at the Ministry of Finance Mohamed Abdel Fattah said in statements on Tuesday that such funds will help improve services for citizens.

He said the new funds raise the allocation for the Ministry of Electricity to nearly EGP 21 billion since the start of this year.
