King Abdullah II of Jordan opened the main session of the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa themed "Creating a Regional Framework for Prosperity and Peace through Public-Private Cooperation" on Friday.
Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is attending the event along with a large number of world leaders and economists.
The event provides a high-level public-private coordination platform to respond to shared economic, societal and geopolitical imperatives.
