Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab issued a decision assigning Minister of Trade and Industry Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour to be in charge of chambers of commerce.

According to the decision, the Ministry of Trade and Industry will be the ministry concerned with the affairs of the chambers of commerce.
