Cairo - MENA
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab chaired a ministerial meeting on Saturday to discuss development plans of popular districts.
The meeting grouped the ministers of local development, health, social solidarity, culture and urban development along with Cairo Governor Galal Mustafa Saeed.
Mahlab asked the ministers to put a plan for the swift development of substandard neighborhoods, Cabinet Spokesman Hossam Qawish said.
The premier asserted that plans for developing Cairo's neighborhoods have already started.
