Investment and International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr discussed the launch of an initiative to establish incubators of youth enterprises in six governorates.
The initiative falls within the framework of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives to back youth projects in all governorates.
During a meeting with founder and chairman of "Flat6Labs" Ahmed el Alfi and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of "Sawari Ventures", the minister expressed readiness to allocate a place in a number of investment and free zones in several governorates to set up the incubators.
The meeting also discussed the implementation of the agreement that was signed between "Flat6Labs" and "Egypt Entrepreneurship and Investment Company", represented by Board Chairman of Egypt Entrepreneurship and Investment Company Shehab Marzban and NI Capital's Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Ashraf Ghazaly, to invest 10 million pounds in emerging companies.
