The navigation movement at Safaga port is going on normally after a cargo ferryboat sank some 10 nautical miles off Safaga harbor, Abdel Rehim Moustafa, media spokesman for the Red Sea Ports Authority asserted on Sunday.
In a statement, he said the navigation movement was not disrupted by the sinking of the "Taba" cargo ship carrying 37 people and 43 trucks on board.
The ferry was en route from Safaga harbor to the Saudi port of Dhaba,he added.
