President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has invited Australia's Prime Minister Tony Abbott to attend Egypt's economic conference, to be held March 13-15 in Sharm el Sheikh City.
The invitation was handed over by Egypt's Ambassador to Australia Hassan el Leithy to a secretary to the premier, a statement by the foreign ministry said Saturday.
