Fifty ships transited the Suez Canal on Tuesday with a total cargo of three million tons.

The south-bound convoy included 24 vessels carrying 1.6 million tons, while the north-bound convoy included 26 ships carrying 1.4 million tons, according to a statement issued by the Suez Canal Authority
