The 6th Algerian-Spanish high-level meeting, scheduled for Tuesday In Madrid, will be an opportunity to further boost the economic cooperation between the two countries, already “dense and diversified.”
During this meeting, the two sides will examine the bilateral, particularly at the economic level, as well as regional and international issues of common interest, particularly the fight against terrorism, a diplomatic source told APS.
The two sides will also assess the enforcement of the recommendations taken in the 5th meeting, held in Algiers in January 2013.
The 6th summit will culminate in the signing of nine agreements in different fields, notably youth, agriculture, rural development and breeding, fishing and aquaculture, higher education, education, health, transport and archives, said the source.
These agreements will further strengthen the bilateral relations and give a new impetus to the cooperation in all fields, particularly the promotion of investment.
The same source underlined the “excellent” political relations between Algiers and Madrid, marked these years by a regular exchange of visits between the officials of the two countries.
