Egypt and Russia review the establishment of more silos in Egypt, cooperation in agricultural development projects and Egypt's participation in Russian agro-exhibitions.
Egyptian Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Salah Helal had talks Tuesday with visiting Russian Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov on means of promoting bilateral cooperation in agricultural development.
The Russian minister suggested establishing logistics centers in Egypt, a proposal which was welcomed by Helal.
The minister - who was accompanied by a large delegation of heavyweight trade and industry companies - said Russian agro-companies want to establish factories in Egypt.
Helal noted that establishing more silos in Egypt will save 15 percent of lost cereals.
