The official Gazette published on Thursday a presidential decree that approves the first amendment to the aid agreement signed between Egypt and the US.

The deal aims to enhance trade and investment in Egypt through encouraging the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs in certain sectors as well as empowering thousands of youths and women via vocational training.
