Supply Minister Khaled Hanafy

A new project to link ration supply chains will be established in collaboration with global Microsoft Corporation at a cost of EGP 500 millions, Supply Minister Khaled Hanafy said on Sunday.

The project will reduce circulation phases through connecting consumers to suppliers and producers via a network, he added.

It is expected to be implemented in a period ranging from 12 to 18 months, he asserted.

Delivering a speech at Egypt's second forum on investment, Hanafy said the project will provide all information and data for investors.

This will prompt investors to pump their investments in Egypt due to the low degree of risk, he underlined
