Minister of Trade and Industry Tarek Qabil said that a number of agreements will be inked with China on Thursday during the visit of the Chinese president to Egypt.
In a press conference Tuesday, Qabil said that two agreements will be signed in the field of international cooperation including one on feasibility studies of sanitation projects with $ 30 million cost and the other with the cost of $ 150 million for projects currently studied.
China will offer one billion dollars as a loan to the Central Bank of Egypt and 700 million dollars to the National Bank of Egypt to fund small and medium enterprises, Qabil said.
