President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree on Thursday approving an agreement signed between Egypt and Germany in 2016 on the European state's contribution to implementing the second stage of a program for improving the quality of education.

Under the agreement, Germany will allocate 8 million euros for bankrolling the second stage of the program.
