Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said on Tuesday his country was planning to manufacture 5-ton trucks in Egypt.

In statements carried by Sputnik news agency, the Russian minister said officials at the ministry are studying the Egyptian proposal on this score.

Egypt presented several suggestions for Russian investments in the Arab country and Russia is interested to study those suggestions, he pointed out.
